This trip begins in Puerto Madryn at the time of arrival of the cruise. One of the coordinators in the city (or Marcelo) will be waiting to take you to your chosen driver.
The navigation to the reserve, do not take more than 25 minutes, and near the immersion zone can be seen typical birds and stunning life forms from the cliffs. For being this zone very visited by tourists, the diving area is found far away from the viewpoints so as not to alter people's sight of the place.

As soon as we start descending, which depth does not surpass 8 metres, sea lions which are curious and inquisitive they will appear surrounding the diver. It is an inoffensive and pacific game. There is nothing to be afraid of because it seems that they like the human presence within their environment and they are not aggressive. Given the shallow, the immersion tend to last for about 45 minutes and the presence of the sea lions is almost constant. The Patagonian sea lion (Otaria Flavescens) is a specie that is distributed coast-wide Península Valdés. Males, with their thick long hair and their big heads can measure 2.50 metres and 350 weight.
